so obviously the addition of Sophie to our family has been the one massive thing to happen this year on a personal front.

I wouldn’t say I’m that much different, I perhaps have a new understanding of the lengths parents go to in the early years of child raising.

Apart from that my roll hasn’t changed much, I’m still enjoying the same work so really not much else has changed.
